    Dawson County Historical Museum - Main building houses period rooms depicting daily life around the turn of the century, glassware, quilt collection, archives and library for research, artists gallery, and gift shop. Also on display a 15,000 year old Columbian Mammoth, McCabe Aeroplane featuring eliptical wings, a school house, a train depot, a log cabin, a 1903 Baldwin locomotive, and an agricultural building.
    Heartland Museum of Military Vehicles - Restored military vehicles including jeeps, trucks, ambulances, helicopters, airplanes and one of the world's few remaining Downed Airman Retriever.
