Nebraska goes for the series sweep this afternoon, as the Huskers take on Houston Baptist today at 1:05 p.m. Freshman Tom Lemke (2-0, 3.65 ERA) takes the hill for Nebraska as the Huskers look to extend their win streak to three games.

The Nebraska track and field team closed out the 2010 indoor season at the NCAA Championships on Saturday with three All-America performances to give the Huskers five All-America awards at the two-day meet. In the team standing, the men tied for 26th and the women placed 27th.

Provo, Utah---A day after taking down No. 65 Oregon, the No. 36 Nebraska men's tennis team extended its current winning streak to seven matches by upsetting the No. 23 BYU Cougars on Saturday, March 13 at the BYU Tennis Complex. The Nebraska softball team had a golden opportunity to snap 10th-ranked Arizona State's 16-game win streak on Saturday night, but the Huskers couldn't come up with the clutch hit they needed in a 1-0 loss to the Sun Devils at Farrington Stadium.

Nebraska received strong pitching performances from Casey Hauptman and Michael Mariot, as the Huskers swept Houston Baptist by scores of 10-2 and 8-1 Saturday afternoon at Hawks Field.
